Guatemala New Crop Coffee
When we buy coffee we have to consider many factors. Coffee lying around from a previous season is every coffee roaster and importers nightmare. When promises of coffee flavour are broken it lets down the consumer as well as a producer. The producer could potentially be judged (although unfairly for) future crops based on a bad experience. There is a point in time when things taste their best.
The good news is that new crop Guatemala 2018 starts here in early June, so Chapin will return very soon. In the interim, you could try Vargem Grand or Simply Brazil for those developed chocolaty coffees.
