When the PB first came out, it had a lot to live up to. At first, some people (who have since sold hundreds) were openly sceptical. Have the truth be known, the PB is the “Plug-In” I am brewing speciality starting point, these days. Beyond the simplistic dosing (which every machine should have, I think), you can have scales in your drip tray to deliver precise and consistent coffee. All of the positives of the Linea, just better. I have owned most of the La Marzocco machines and this with scales is my favourite. So easy and nice to make coffee on.
