Brazilian Boa Vista Filter Roast
Boa Vista has been so popular over the last few months. Since our first purchase this season it has gone up with the market. Emilia is very switched on to her social media, so if you are loving Boa Vista Do Anil Filter Roast, you can find her here. I genuinely hope she will benefit from the increase in the market price.

Cup profile
Aromatics: Gooseberry & ripefruit sugars |Body; Creamy| Acidity; Surprisingly juicy for a natural Brazil|
On opening, Boa Vista Anil is not unlike a gooseberry fool. It has a creamy texture and a soft, sweet acidity. There is a background chocolatey element that is subtle, initially more like cocoa butter.
On cooling the ripe fruit builds and the chocolate deepens with a cocoa and citrus finish.
Favourite brew method for this coffee: Cafeteiere
Recipe: 65g a litre has been the best so far.
