DELIVERY & RETURNS

Based on the Roasting Schedule below, all Coffee Orders are dispatched as soon as possible, following the next possible Roast Date.

Depending on weight and size of Orders, they are dispatched as Follows:

UK Orders: Royal Mail 1st Class Post, DPD Overnight Next Day delivery, or for Local Orders, Collection of order.

Offshore/Overseas Orders: using International Standard Mail, International Tracked & Signed or DPD Classic International Courier Service

Applicable shipping charges for your order will be provided prior to you completing your purchase.

Proof of Posting can be offered for items sent via Royal Mail 1st Class – this however, is not a trackable service.

Using your email address or mobile number, DPD can contact you with Consignment details allowing you the ability to Track.

International Tracked & Signed Postage via Royal Mail generate a parcel number allowing you the ability to Trace through their Track & Trace website.

 

OUR RETURNS/REFUND POLICY

At James’ Gourmet Coffee Co, on receipt of your order, our aim is to get the most fresh, vibrant coffee to your door as soon as we possibly can.

For Retail Roasting, depending on the day received (please note the Roasting Schedule below) this potentially can be the same working day you order was received, if not within 3 working days.

If there is a short fall in your order, (which very rarely happens), we will offer the following solutions:

a) Hold back the order and ship in its entirety at the soonest possible date.

b) Dispatch available items, and send balance as soon as possible.

c). Dispatch available items and refund for the missing item(s)

Should you not receive your items or not receive them to the quality that you expect from James Gourmet Coffee, then it is our Policy to Refund or Replace.

To receive a Refund based on quality issues, we require that the coffee be returned to us within 7 days of the Roast Date. This ensures that the coffee is still fresh enough for us to Cup and understand why it has failed to meet your approval.

Monday-Friday – Wholesale Roasting

Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday – Retail Roasting

Wednesday – Organic Roasting for Retail and Wholesale Customers.
